With the first version of ETAP launched in 1983, after more than 40 years of development, ETAP has continuously led the global technology market.

In Vietnam, the ETAP solution was initially used by foreign corporations with offices in Vietnam and was not yet widely known in the market. In 2014, after a period of discussion and demonstrating its passion and understanding for ETAP, East Sea Energy Environment (ESEC) officially became an Authorized Representative of ETAP in Vietnam. At that time, ETAP was still a fairly new solution, with only 11 offline ETAP licenses used domestically.
With clear direction and strategy from ESEC’s Board of Directors, the ETAP Vietnam accelerated and strengthened the activities to introduce ETAP to the market. Starting from launching events, exhibitions for the electricity industry, organizing in-depth seminars… to approaching potential customers in all regions to help the electricity community have a realistic view of a solution that can comprehensively serve the electricity system.
Step by step, we get customer approval to conduct system demos using ETAP, trial software contracts… All are a process to move towards the step of customer agreement to use the software.
However, the happiest and proudest thing in the recent journey of ETAP Vietnam is that we not only provide ETAP to foreign corporations, but ESEC can also bring ETAP to Vietnamese companies, corporations, and research institutes.
ESEC does not stop at providing ETAP software to customers, but throughout the past process, our team has also continuously researched and upgraded to adapt to the continuous development of ETAP technology. From bringing to the market the ETAP Offline solution to help design and calculate, ESEC also deploys ETAP Real-Time projects (operating and simulating the power system in real time) for customers. ETAP Real-Time is a remarkable improvement of ETAP from the Offline calculation system, so the implementation of Real-Time projects also requires the knowledge and steadfastness of the ETAP Vietnam team.
In addition, we also pay special attention to training and operating instructions for customers and users, in order to bring a comprehensive technical solution and translation, closely following the needs of each customer.
In addition, to accompany the Vietnamese electricity community, ESEC also provides the service of calculating and analyzing the power system using ETAP software (ETAP Power Engineering Service). This service aims to provide customers with necessary reports and recommendations, suitable for their needs. Moreover, it also helps customers save time and costs while still providing accurate, safe and highly reliable parameters.
Over 10 years of development, ETAP Vietnam (ESEC) has achieved impressive numbers:
