East Sea Energy Environment (ESEC) – a pioneer in technology solutions serving power infrastructure, energy platform, automation, digitalization. Recently, we have completed the project “Providing control solutions for the concrete additive production line system” for SIKA Nhon Trach factory.
Starting to serve the Vietnamese market since 1993, Sika Vietnam is a 100% Swiss-owned company, a member of Sika AG. Sika Vietnam specializes in manufacturing and supplying products and solutions for most applications in construction and industry.
As a leading company in the field of construction chemicals, the production line system, industrial equipment, electrical systems at the Sika Factory must always be stable, efficient, safe and fully meet the operational needs. Understanding the wishes of customers, after completing the project “Providing control and SCADA electrical systems“ for the Sika Nhon Trach Factory and achieving outstanding results for production operations, ESEC continued to implement the project “Providing control solutions for concrete additives production line systems” for the Factory.
The concrete admixtures production line is one of Sika‘s important production lines, because concrete is used twice as much in construction compared to all other construction materials, so focusing on quality, performance and sustainability is an urgent requirement of Sika for this material. To meet those needs of customers, with this project, ESEC has implemented:
- Providing a system control solution for the production line of PCE superplasticizer & concrete admixtures for SIKA Nhon Trach factory.
- Designing the entire control and transmission cabinet system for the factory.
- Constructing the entire electrical system in the production area of PCE superplasticizer & concrete admixtures for the factory.
- Performing Testing And Commissioning (T&C) for the system to ensure quality, optimal performance and reliability when operating for a long time.
After the deployment, testing and completion on schedule as required by the factory, the system was put into operation, bringing outstanding efficiency to the customer’s operating line:
- The line provides customers with advanced Siemens transmission products and solutions to help bring the best experience to users.
- Optimize system control from semi-automatic to fully automatic to bring high reliability, accuracy and save operating time.
- Optimize the production formula of PCE superplasticizer & concrete admixtures to help the factory be flexible in production.
- Reduce the tolerance in controlling the formulas to less than 5%.
- Implement the transfer of all discrete control systems to the SCADA central control room for the most effective management and increased reliability.
