Learn and gain technical knowledge of the solutions currently being implemented, including IBM Maximo, Envizi, and APM, to support consulting and project implementation activities.
– Research, explore, and participate in the development of new solutions (eEMS) in line with the company’s product roadmap.
– Collaborate with related teams to collect and analyze customer requirements, then propose system architecture and technical solutions for upcoming SaaS platforms.
– Participate in internal training programs provided by the company.
– Attend vendor-provided online training courses.
– Build, operate, and maintain DEMO systems for solutions and products.
– Prepare proposals and other solution-related documents.
– Present solutions to customers under the guidance of the team.
– Develop and maintain technical and solution documentation.
– Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
