Mega Market Vietnam (MMVN) is one of the largest supermarket chains in Vietnam. MMVN always develops according to the strategy towards building a modern supply chain along with the growth of scale up to 21 wholesale centers and supermarkets in Vietnam but there is no centralized monitoring system to manage, compare and benchmark.
This causes many difficulties for MMVN in energy management. Therefore, ESEC has implemented the project “Multi-sites management system” to further improve the energy management system for MMVN.
