Recently, ESEC completed the project “Regular maintenance of Siemens inverters at Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel”.
Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel (HPDQ) is one of ESEC’s strategic customers. We have implemented with HPDQ many projects from Power Infrastructure, Energy Management to Automation, bringing high efficiency to customers.
With this project we have done:
- Advanced maintenance of Sinamic G120 low voltage inverter with capacity of 90Kw – 1400kw.
- Maintenance of medium voltage inverters GH180 in Lime Cement area.
- Make a list of spare parts for the factory.
Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel Factory uses Siemens inverters, so ESEC engineers and Siemens experts have surveyed and checked the equipment. With the maximum support from Siemens for ESEC, it helps us to bring the best technical, maintenance and service services to our customers.
Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel has periodically deployed our technical services to bring high efficiency to the plant’s operation, such as:
- Assess the condition of the inverter after performing maintenance.
- Make a spare part list to be ready for future backup.
- Ensure stable operation of the inverter in production.
- Get suggestions for ways to improve the working environment of the inverter to avoid high temperature, dust, moisture….
