ESEC Completed The Continuous Emissions Monitoring System Project

08/05/20240

Improving energy efficiency, neutralizing emissions (Net Zero), and reducing harmful impacts on the environment are among the important goals for the industry in the current period. Therefore, every Factory and every Enterprise must make changes in the production and operation process to meet this urgent goal.

As a technology pioneer serving power infrastructure, energy platform, automation and digitalization, East Sea Energy Environment Co (ESEC) constantly researches and develops to bring innovative solutions to serve the goal of sustainable development.

Recently, ESEC successfully implemented the CONTINUOUS EMISSIONS MONITORING SYSTEM (CEMS) project for customers of the high-tech waste incineration power generation Factory in Bac Ninh province invested by Thang Long Energy Environment Joint Stock Company.

Continuous Emission Monitoring System – CEMS

The factory was built in Phu Lang commune, Que Vo district. The factory has an area of 10 hectares, a capacity to burn 500 tons of waste/day with a total investment of 50 million USD. When put into operation, it will produce electricity from 8.1 – 10 MW/hour.

Continuous Emission Monitoring System – CEMS

With this project, ESEC provided and installed an exhaust gas analysis system for the high-tech solid waste treatment plant to generate electricity. Implement system connections and monitor the Factory’s operational data. Supply and installation of emission measuring equipment for the Factory.

Continuous Emission Monitoring System – CEMS

When put into operation, the plant will bring a big change in solving local environmental and energy problems. Waste will be processed in a closed chain with the world’s leading modern and advanced technology. The plant’s processing capacity in phase 1 is 500 tons/day and night and the plant will increase its capacity to 1000-2000 tons/day and night in the next phase depending on the actual situation and amount of waste generated.

Continuous Emission Monitoring System – CEMS

The plant will thoroughly treat household waste, common industrial waste, and other types of solid waste generated daily and remaining in the entire province. With waste burning technology to recover heat value to generate electricity, the factory will use discarded waste as a valuable resource to create sustainable clean energy.

Continuous Emission Monitoring System – CEMS

With these operational goals, the Factory pays special attention to the issue of emissions, because the amount of gas emitted when destroying waste, if not treated, will greatly affect the environment. Therefore, the solutions that ESEC provides can help customers solve the following problems:

  • Helps customers monitor the concentration of gases emitted into the environment.
  • Monitor and promptly prevent harmful gases from being released into the environment in excess of regulations.
  • The project uses the latest technologies and products from ABB, helping to bring safety and reliability when put into operation.
  • Meets emissions requirements according to standards prescribed by domestic Departments, Boards/Industries, ensuring environmental safety.

ESEC is pleased to accompany customers and contractors with this important project. This is also one of the premises to help bring about energy and environmental efficiency, contributing to the goal of sustainable development.
